ILS Specialist - COMSEC

**The Opportunity**
KBR's Joint domain client require the support of an experienced ILS Specialist to progress a range of aviation logistics activities including:
- Providing assistance to COMSEC Logistics Management in support of the DEFCOMSECEA Operations Cell
- Maintain and provide accurate records management (filing only) of COMSEC correspondence related to DEFCOMSECEA Operations correspondence.
- Provide limited COMSEC Incident management to incidents assessed as Low to Medium.
- Provide CARDS assistance with raising Work Orders and follow up of HACE delivery to COMSEC accounts.
- Interrogate CARDS and provide limited analysis of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets of HACE fleet asset and status.
**Required Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge**
- A basic knowledge of High Assurance Cryptographic Equipment within Defence is essential. This includes an understanding of key COMSEC agencies, familiarity with the keying philosophy (delivery and fill of cryptographic capability) and familiarity with the COMSEC doctrine associated with the logistics management of HACE (SF-153 and COMSEC account management principals).
- A mature understanding of Defence Messaging System (Mercury)
- Competency in the use of Objective for Defence records management
- Intermediate level computer skills
- Significant sustainment management preferably in a Defence environment
- Ability to communicate well with a diverse stakeholder community
- Ability to obtain and maintain an AGSVA Negative Vetting 1 security clearance or higher
- Ability to conduct Logistics Support Analyses
- MILIS and CARDS background advantageous but training will be provided if necessary.
**This role requires **immediate access to ITAR information and** an NV1 security clearance and is located in Canberra; remote working is not an option for this role.**
