We Would Love You to Have
* A Diploma of Early Childhood Education
* Previous experience as an assistant director / educational leader
* Use coaching techniques to help develop reflective practices
* Identify areas of improvement and support educators in their planning
* Demonstrate a high level of communication skills and maintain a professional manner in the workplace
* Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
* A current Queensland Blue Card
* Passionate about a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for our children

Our Centre
Busy Learners Early Education Centre opened in October 1993 and cares for 75 children aged from birth to school age. We provide before and after school care to school age children as well as vacation care in the school holidays. We offer many programs including bush kindy and music programs and incorporate Aboriginal perspectives into our everyday learning. We also have a strong sustainability focus in our centre.
