We are seeking a service focused **Guest Service Agent** to join our team.

- Experience with Opera or similar PMS system
- 1-2 years of Front Office experience within a 4-5 star environment
- Reservation experience is highly desirable
- A passion for the hospitality industry & an eye for detail
- A customer service focus and solid teamwork
- Well presented with an outgoing personality
- Available to work shifts including evening and weekends
- Excellent communication and time management skills
**Ideally you will have**:
- Experience in General administration within a fast paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of verbal and written communication
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team, incorporating effective planning, time management and organisational skills to achieve quality outcomes
- Able to work between 20-30 hours per week, with 7-day availability would be preferable
