The key to success in this role is providing top-notch customer service and ensuring that the store presentation meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* E nsure all stock is processed to the sales floor in a timely manner, adhering to ARMS visual merchandising guidelines for product placement, pricing, and stock levels.
* Complete inspection apps entry of service call reports. Training will be provided on required software.
* Schedule and conduct store visits on a regular basis, within assigned monthly hours.
* Maintain proactive communication with State Merchandise Manager regarding any issues or changes to store schedules.
* Engage in open dialogue with State Merchandise Manager on store concerns.
* Follow established protocols for visitor processes, including signing in for each visit and displaying necessary identification.
* Ensure safety compliance at all times, adhering to Safe Work Practices as required by Customers.
* Properly dispose of all rubbish after each store visit using approved disposal methods.
* Process deleted or damaged stock according to company procedures.
Performance Metrics:
* Consistently meet store merchandising standards, with all styles displayed in correct locations, accurate pricing, and appropriate stock levels.
* Maintain store housekeeping & safety standards.
* Accurately complete stock adjustments and inspection reports on time.
Required Competencies:
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Open and proactive communication skills.
* Positive attitude and self-motivation.
* Ability to work independently.
* Experience operating mobile devices such as iPads.
* Previous merchandising experience is highly valued but not essential.
* A valid driver's license and ability to travel to assigned stores within NSW area are required.
Requirements:
