**Engagement Campaign Specialist - Kayo Sports BINGE**

Are you an experienced CRM specialist with a passion for customer engagement in the TV/Media industry?
You'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with passionate individuals who share your love for entertainment and sports!
**Key Responsibilities**:
+ Support the design and delivery of campaign workflows for our A.I. driven decisioning program.
+ Manage the campaign processes from build to implementation, gathering requirements for campaign briefs, understanding journey flows and manage turnaround times with internal and external teams
+ Work closely with stakeholders to ensure campaign use cases are designed, tested and rolled out within our marketing automation platform according to best practice
+ Monitor campaign activity and deliverability and contribute to our test and learn strategy.
+ Ensure consistency and optimization of creative assets across all channels, maintaining high-quality standards.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
+ 2+ years of experience in a similar CRM role (TV, Media industry highly desirable)
+ Experience with CRM and marketing automation platform Braze (or similar)
+ Strong data-driven marketing skills, including experience handling data sets and campaign tracking.
+ Sound understanding of databases and data-driven marketing, and competent in handling data sets.
+ Strong communicator and team player, with the ability and confidence to present and influence stakeholders, collaborate effectively and to build strong relationships
+ Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and consistency, and able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Love for Entertainment, Sport, Media landscape - we're big believers in knowing the product and knowing the customer
