Required Skills and Certification:
Cert 3 or in progress
Work experience in disability support
First aid and CPR
NDIS Worker screening
Working with Children screening (Blue Card)
Positive attitude and commitment to quality supports.
Working for a genuine, nurse led provider - we do what we say we will do and work collaboratively with our staff and clients. We match staff and clients, train staff properly and provide consistent rostering. We avoid sending staff to clients they have not worked with and operate a buddy system, face to face RN training and an active online training portal. We won't hound you on your days off and check in with you regularly. Become part of something truly professional and caring where everyone really matters to us.
We are currently recruiting for several clients around the Redlands area. We have clients actively waiting for support right now, both male and female vacancies available. PPT or Casual with up to full time hours.
A positive outlook is essential as well as being a 'people person' with heaps of patience. Shifts including morning, afternoons, sleepovers and active overnights.
