The role would involve working closely with our site and construction management teams.
Your Role As a Site Supervisor/Foreman, under the direction of a Site Manager you will be responsible for direct, plan, coordinate, and implement construction activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
This is an exciting opportunity for a site supervisor with an eye for detail and with a passion for construction Key Responsibilities Assist in the oversight of construction projects.
Direct, plan, coordinate, and implement construction activities to ensure project timelines safety and quality standards and project timelines are met.
Supervise and lead construction teams to ensure planned, coordinated, efficient and safe working conditions.
Ensure compliance with building and safety regulations, health, safety, environment, and quality requirements through the application of SARICH Building safety systems and procedures.
Manage risks through planning, assessment and management to mitigate risks associated with the construction process.
Collaborate with stakeholders by working closely with architects, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and effectively executed.
About You Minimum 3+ years local experience delivering commercial building projects as a Site Supervisor/Foreman Developing knowledge of trades, standards, and NCC compliance Sound knowledge of OH&S practices and procedures Ability to work independently while following site management direction Demonstrated leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills What We Offer Competitive salary package and benefits.
