**About the role**
The **Customer Service / Selection Centre Consultant** is a **part-time** position based in **Oxley, QLD**. Reporting to the **Customer Service Manager**, this position focuses on delivering excellent customer service through guest greeting, retail display management, cash sales, cleaning, delivery confirmations, administrative tasks, colour consulting, and stock taking, both indoors and outdoors.
**In this role you will**:
- Provide excellent service to visitors.
- Keep displays stocked and organized.
- Ensure cleanliness in the centre and yard.
- Pack and transport displays and samples.
- Handle orders and payments in SAP.
- Help customers load bricks and handle inquiries.
- Replenish stock, conduct audits, and stocktakes.
- Assist with quotes/orders and process customer requests.
- Implement initiatives and update staff.
- Contribute new ideas and improvements.
- Take actions to improve team and service.
Your hours of work: Monday to Thursday 7.30am-3.30pm + rostered Saturday.
