As the Logistics Project and Change Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering seamless, people centric logistics solutions that drive efficiency, digitisation, and measurable business impact.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Project delivery – via managing project team and business stakeholders
- Lead Change management and stakeholder engagement, partnering across the ANZ project team, operational logistics, transport vendors, warehouse operations, and external TMS vendor to deliver alignment and clarity.
- Drive functional implementation — of new TMS capabilities across all project stages—from concept & ideation (C&I;), through user testing and training, to golive support.
- Ensure seamless integration between digital TMS solutions and ANZ physical logistics operations—including business units, transportation vendors, and warehousing teams—working collaboratively to embed fitforpurpose, user centric processes.
- Manage project risks & issues, proactively driving controls, escalation, and mitigation strategy to keep the project on track.

- Experience as a Project and Change Manager who thrives at the intersection of digital and physical operations—someone who:
- Has proven expertise managing largescale supply chain or TMS transformation projects on time and within budget.
- Demonstrates practical change management experience—optimising adoption while keeping operations robust.
- Brings solid stakeholder management skills across internal and external partners.
- Is solutions oriented, resourceful, adaptable, and committed to delivering real business impact.

This role is a 12 month contract position.
For Melbourne based candidates - travel to Wodonga and global calls will be required.
