Role Overview
The ORS Psychology team is expanding, and we are seeking our next Psychotherapist/Clinical Psychologist. You will be joining a national team of 200+ Psychologists working under different service pathways.
This role offers the opportunity to develop, extend and deepen your clinical expertise in a friendly, well-supported team. You will provide psychological practice using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) & Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
ORS also provides a full range of psychological assessments, including mental health, IQ, psychoeducational, school readiness, decision-making capacity, autism and ADHD assessments. We offer training to develop your skills in administering such assessments to applicable clients.
Experience in the provision of cognitive and autism assessments will be looked upon favourably, as will endorsement in Clinical Neuropsychology, Clinical Psychology or Educational and Developmental Psychology.
If you are just starting your Psychology career, ORS supports the 4+2 and 5+1 pathways, as well as registrar programs, with a team of AHPRA Board-approved Supervisors on staff in all areas of expertise.
* Tertiary qualifications in Psychology
* Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA
* Provisional Psychologists accepted
* For Registrar Program: Ability to become registered with AHPRA in a Registrar program - e.g., clinical psychology, clinical neuropsychology, education and developmental psychology, or forensic psychology
* For endorsed positions: registration with AHPRA with endorsement in clinical psychology, clinical neuropsychology, education and developmental psychology, or forensic psychology
