The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Allied Health – Operations and Business Development Manager to oversee our national allied health services. This is a strategic leadership role with responsibility for managing end‑to‑end operations, driving business growth, and ensuring excellence across all service areas.
The successful candidate will also work alongside a colleague in a similar role, who will return from maternity leave in mid‑2026, providing an opportunity for collaboration and shared leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management: Oversee day‑to‑day allied health service delivery across physiotherapy, podiatry, occupational therapy, and speech therapy in residential aged care, community, and disability settings.
Recruitment & Retention: Lead workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for allied health staff.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referrers, and partner organisations to ensure high‑quality service and satisfaction.
Business Development: Identify and pursue growth opportunities, including new services, partnerships, and innovative models of care.
Strategic Planning & Innovation: Contribute to organisational strategy, leading initiatives to improve service delivery, operational efficiency, and client outcomes.

About You
Experienced in allied health operations, ideally with exposure to multiple disciplines (physio, podiatry, OT, speech).
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Proven track record in business development and strategic planning.
