Customer Support & Fleet Services Coordinator
This role is responsible for managing customer support operations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of service requests, and providing proactive fleet management assistance. The position acts as the first point of contact for customers, delivering Tier One technical support and coordinating maintenance and repair services.
Key responsibilities
* Oversee incoming customer inquiries and support tickets.
* Ensure timely resolution and escalation where necessary.
Provide Tier One Support for In Vehicle Technology Products
* Respond to basic technical queries and troubleshoot common issues.
* Escalate complex cases to Tier Two or technical teams.
Maintain Customer Databases
Tasks related to maintaining and updating customer data.
Customer Service Requests for Customer Vehicle Maintenance
* Log and track maintenance requests in the system.
* Coordinate with internal teams and service providers.
Prepare and provide Quotes
* Generate accurate repair quotations based on customer requirements.
* Communicate pricing and timelines clearly to customers.
Generate new revenue for existing business
Responsibilities related to upselling and expanding existing client accounts.
Conduct Customer Meetings to Review Fleet Performance
* Schedule and lead regular review meetings with customers.
* Present fleet health reports and recommend improvements.
Manage the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Process with Suppliers
* Initiate and track RMA cases for defective products.
* Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely resolution and replacement.
