First, a little about us.
Oliver Grace was born in December 2019 when designer Nick Lehrain and brand strategist Bonnie Borland came together to build the agency they actually wanted to work for. Driven by a shared belief in beautifully crafted work and the power of human-centred design, we've spent the last six years building something we're genuinely proud of — a team, a culture, and a client list that keeps getting more interesting.
The opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Brand & UX Designer to join the Oliver Grace team — someone who moves fluently between brand identity and digital experience, and who takes real pride in the quality of their output.
This is a role for someone with 6+ years of agency experience who\'s ready to or already operates at a senior level: bringing considered creative thinking, a strong point of view, and the kind of craft that raises the bar for everyone around them.
What you\'ll be doing
You\'ll work closely with our Creative Director to translate client challenges into elegant visual and experiential solutions — across brand identity, digital platforms, and physical touchpoints. That means everything from developing brand systems and visual languages to designing award-worthy websites and digital experiences that are as intuitive as they are beautiful.
You\'ll set the quality benchmark for the team, mentor junior designers, and help us continue building a studio that\'s known for the standard of its work.
About you
You have strong, considered visual design skills — and you understand that great UX and great brand work aren\'t separate disciplines, they\'re the same conversation. You have a portfolio that shows both. You know Figma well, you\'re comfortable across the Adobe suite, and you care about the details that most people don\'t notice but everyone feels.
Agency experience is essential. Complementary skills in motion, coding, copywriting or AI are a genuine bonus.
