We are seeking a
**Customer Service officer** to provide high level of customer service support to internal team and key clients.
**General responsibilities include**:
- Provide reception cover
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information promptly and professionally
- Handle a high volume of customer interactions efficiently while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude
- Process order
- Raise purchase orders
- Process supplier invoices
- General data entry tasks
- General administration and ad hoc tasks

- Strong communications skills both verbal and written
- Strong numeracy skills
- Attention to detail
- Great team player
- M/S Office savvy including Excel
- Understanding of HSE and safe work practices
