What We're Looking For Essential Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 15+ years of post-graduate structural engineering design experience
• Extensive experience in commercial and multi-residential development projects
• Proven track record in design management and team mentorship
• Strong communication and project management capabilities
