I am partnering with a well-established national residential builder seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead safety across their operations.
This is a hybrid position, working between Head Office and active residential construction sites, providing both strategic oversight and hands‐on support to site teams.
The Role
* Lead and drive the company's HSE strategy across residential projects
* Support, mentor and influence site‐based teams
* Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and internal systems
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across safety processes
* Partner closely with senior leadership to promote a strong safety culture
About You
* Proven experience in a Safety Advisor or HSE role within residential construction
* Previous experience in a Safety Manager position (highly regarded)
* Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
* Confident working within established systems while driving improvements
