Machine Operators - Scoresby
About The Role
Are you a hands‐on, safety‐minded team player ready to jump into a busy production environment? CSR is looking for Machine Operators to join our Scoresby site. Prior machine operating experience is not required – what matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to collaborate with others.
Experience operating machinery is a bonus but not required – we'll train the right person.
Shifts: Day and night positions available, Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate production machinery safely while meeting quality, output, and efficiency targets.
* Use a forklift to move materials – forklift licence is essential.
* Assist with routine inspections and troubleshooting.
* Accurately record production data and support smooth shift handovers.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support team performance.
* Carry out manual handling tasks up to 20 kg safely, using lifting aids where needed.
What You Bring To The Role
* Valid forklift licence (Essential).
* Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong team ethic.
* Commitment to health, safety, and following procedures.
* Attention to detail and the ability to accurately record information.
* Physically capable of manual handling tasks (up to 20 kg).
