Requirements
A degree in Chemical Engineering or a Mechanical Engineering discipline is required. Postgraduate qualifications are highly regarded. A minimum of 15 years of consulting/design experience is also required. Additionally, a collaborative approach to leadership and problem-solving, Chartered Engineer (CPEng) status, and proven experience managing teams and delivering complex projects are necessary.
