About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide individual support to people with disabilities and/or psycho-social needs, enabling them to undertake all aspects of daily living. As part of a dynamic team, you will deliver care to our clients across disability homes and the community in Maroochydore and surrounding areas in the Sunshine Coast.

What You Need

• Cert III in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent
• At least 6 months of previous experience providing community/disability support in Australia is highly regarded.
• Stoma care, bowel management, and spinal cord injury experience (preferred, but training provided)
• Valid Queensland driver's license and reliable vehicle
• National Police Clearance
• Manual Handling Certificate
• Valid Blue Card
• First Aid and CPR certificate
• Valid Yellow Card
• Flu Vaccination (desirable)
• Be highly organized, flexible, and reliable
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Compassionate and dedicated to your work and clients

Pay: $30.00 - $48.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 38 per week
