We are currently looking for 2 x Concierges to be based at the Sunshine Coast Airport on a Casual basis starting 11th December to 30th January 2025 (This could become ongoing)
You will be responsible for:
* You will be an ambassador for the Airport and deliver exceptional service to our valued guests
* Creating safe and memorable travel experiences for travellers and visitors.
You will have:
* MUST be able to work a roster 8am-4pm Monday-Sunday
* MUST have current Working with Children Card
* Local knowledge of attractions in Sunshine Coast/ Brisbane areas preferred
* Amazing personal grooming
* Amazing customer service skills, keen eye for detail
* Full unrestricted working rights
* The ability to successfully pass drug and alcohol screening and medical assessments.
* The ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) -Full Criminal History Check.
* Ability work outside
* The ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing team environment.
