The Opportunity - Branch Manager (Brighton)
Due to continued growth, we're seeking an experienced Branch Manager to spearhead the expansion of our Adelaide office. This is a senior leadership role for someone ready to take ownership of branch performance, drive business growth, and lead a high-energy team. You'll work closely with our senior leadership group and play a key role in shaping the next phase of EOC Group's journey.
About the Role
As Branch Manager, you will:
* Lead the growth and day-to-day operations of our Adelaide branch
* Manage and mentor a team of 2-4 consultants, supporting daily, weekly, and monthly targets
* Drive both recruitment delivery and business development activity
* Build strong client partnerships and deliver tailored labour hire solutions
* Identify new market opportunities and contribute to branch strategy
* Ensure compliance across awards, EBAs, and workforce requirements
* Be a hands-on leader — someone who inspires, supports, and leads from the front
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is currently operating at a senior level, such as:
* Senior Recruitment Consultant
* Branch Manager
* Senior Leader within a blue-collar labour hire agency
You'll also bring:
* Strong knowledge of the South Australian labour hire market
* Proven experience growing and managing client portfolios
* Ability to interpret awards and understand EBAs
* Confidence leading, developing, and motivating a team
* A hands-on approach — willing to perform BD and recruitment when required
* A driven, resilient mindset with a passion for building something meaningful
