How you’ll make a difference
* Lead and review mechanical design delivery across major water, wastewater, and conveyance projects.
* Ensure technical and delivery excellence, maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, governance, and client satisfaction.
* Foster collaboration and team growth, mentoring employees, championing digital innovation, and building strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
* Drive innovation and continuous improvement, leveraging regional and global expertise to implement best practices and enhance delivery outcomes.

The qualities that help you thrive
* A relevant tertiary degree, CPEng & RPEQ/RPEV & extensive mechanical experience within the water industry
* A passion for leadership, mentoring, collaboration.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an ability build relationships and engage with a diverse range of stakeholders at varying levels.
* Commercial and strategic acumen, with the ability to make informed decisions that balance profitability, efficiency, and market insight.
