Trainee Educator Role Overview
The Trainee Educator position at our centre is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about early childhood education and care. As a Trainee Educator, you will be working in a dynamic team environment to deliver high-quality educational programs that promote the learning and development of children.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, families, and staff members
* Comply with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart policies, procedures, and requirements
* Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Contribute to the planning and implementation of educational programs
* Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Certificate III or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care
* Permanent right to work in Australia
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
* Flexibility and willingness to learn and adapt
