This is a rare opportunity to join Cue Clothing Co. in a newly created role as a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist role, driving acquisition, retention and revenue growth through high-performing digital marketing activity.
You will partner closely with eCommerce, Marketing, Creative and agency teams to plan, execute and optimise paid media and affiliate activity aligned to commercial priorities.
Responsibilities
* Plan, execute and optimise paid media across Meta, Google Search, TikTok and emerging platforms
* Manage budgets, bids, targeting and creative rotation to deliver strong ROAS, CPA and conversion performance
* Deliver clear daily, weekly and monthly performance reporting with actionable insights
* Monitor spend and pacing to ensure delivery against approved budgets and forecasts
* Manage affiliate channel performance, partners and agencies to drive efficient growth
* Support SEO execution and alignment between paid and organic search strategies
* Act as day-to-day contact for media and affiliate agencies, ensuring clear briefs, delivery quality and performance accountability
Qualifications
* Proven hands-on experience managing paid media channels, particularly Meta and Google Search (TikTok desirable)
* Experience managing affiliate marketing programs and partner performance
* Strong analytical capability with confidence interpreting data and identifying optimisation opportunities
* Working knowledge of SEO principles
* High attention to detail with strong reporting and communication skills
* Commercially focused and performance driven
* Proactive, organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities
* Collaborative and confident working cross-functionally
* Curious, with a continuous improvement mindset
