Role Type: Part‐Time (40 hrs fortnight) – AM, PM & Night Duty
Salary: $32.65 to $36.21 per hour + Super + Salary Packaging + Allowances + Employee Discounts
Responsibilities
* Support residents in their daily living activities, ensuring dignity and respect.
* Promote independence and well‐being, encouraging residents to maintain their quality of life.
* Work as part of a team collaborating with nurses, allied health, lifestyle and hospitality support teams to ensure the best experience for all.
* Assist with mobility and equipment use to ensure resident safety.
* Provide emotional support and create a warm, nurturing environment.
* Accurately document care activities in iCare and follow best practices.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals, residents, and families to provide holistic care.
Qualifications
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability)
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
* Experience in a similar aged‐care role
