About This Role

This pivotal role is an exciting opportunity to drive meaningful impact by utilising expertise in HR systems.

As a Workforce Systems Advisor, you will leverage your skills to improve system performance and efficiency while making a difference in the lives of others.


Key Responsibilities

* System Support: Provide timely and accurate resolution for employees and People Leaders on Workday queries.
* User Experience: Monitor system usage, identify issues, and deliver solutions to enhance the user experience.
* Casework Management: Manage and resolve cases through ServiceNow with clear communication and complete documentation.
* Testing and Configuration: Contribute to system testing, configuration, and updates to ensure changes meet business needs and compliance standards.
* Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements that enhance system performance and efficiency.
* Training and Development: Deliver training, user group sessions, and guidance to build confidence and capability in Workday and related processes.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, and external providers to resolve complex issues and support continuous improvement.
* Support Materials: Maintain up-to-date support materials, user guides, and knowledge resources for staff across the organisation.


Requirements for Success

* Workday Experience: Proven experience using Workday across HR, Recruitment, Onboarding, and Absence modules.
* System Support: Confidence providing first-level system support and troubleshooting queries.
* Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with a customer-focused and approachable style.
* Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and prioritise effectively.
* Process Improvement: A proactive approach to improving processes and enhancing system performance.
* Collaboration: Ability to collaborate and build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders.
* Organisation and Attention to Detail: Strong organisation and attention to detail with accurate documentation skills.
* Flexibility and Resilience: Flexibility and resilience to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
