What the role is all about We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to play a key role in the customer data transformation program, Customer First, focused on delivering frictionless, personalized experiences and world-class assets that redefine engagement. Develop and manage scope, discovery, and the product roadmap, including horizons, milestones, and outcomes. Build close partnerships with internal stakeholders, understanding their business needs, customer needs, environmental constraints, and strategic objectives. Work closely with architecture and engineering teams to ensure seamless system integration. Collaborate with product managers, developers, data analysts, and stakeholders to ensure successful data transformation. Champion best practices for data accuracy, consistency, and security. Promote a culture of data stewardship and accountability across the organization. Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership, including OKR tracking and customer insights. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data management and real estate. Seek opportunities for innovation and process improvement to enhance customer experience. Contribute to the tribe strategy by participating in the leadership team. Who we're looking for At least 2+ years of Product Management or equivalent experience. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex problems and focus on customer and business value. Strong understanding of data architecture, integration, and governance frameworks. Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making. Knowledge of data management tools, databases, and pipelines. Experience managing large, complex programs. Growth mindset, resilience, and adaptability to organizational change.
