Optical Industry Leadership Role
We are seeking a passionate leader to drive our team's success and growth in the optical industry.
* Assist with daily store operations, ensuring seamless customer experiences and embedding company values
* Implement effective roster changes and sales strategies through Key Performance Indicators
* Develop and coach the retail team in delivering exceptional customer service
* Support the retail team with customer service, pre-testing, and dispensing
* Collaborate with the Retail Director in complaint resolution
* Maintain high store presentation standards and optimize stock management
Essential Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Management Expertise: Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager, with a track record of multitasking and team development
* Practical Abilities: Effective evaluation and implementation of new measures to enhance store performance. Optical experience is highly desirable, with full optics training provided
* Teamwork: Encourage and motivate the team throughout their development journey
* Proactivity: Respond efficiently to changing circumstances and delegate tasks effectively
