We currently have an exciting opportunity within our Vegetation Management team in South East Queensland.
About the opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Vegetation Field Team Member to support our exciting projects on Gold Coast and South Brisbane
This position will be full time and support a team of Vegetation Field Team Members, working across various aspects of land conservation including weed control, planting and equipment maintenance.
These roles are always in the field therefore you must be happy to work in a variety of weather conditions.

About you
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
* 3-5 years' experience in vegetation, land or weed management
* Minimum Certificate III in Conservation/Land Management/Horticulture or equivalent tertiary qualification
* Agricultural Chemical Distribution Control (ACDC) Licence
* Experience in identifying native flora and invasive species
* Relevant tickets or experience with the operation and maintenance of equipment such as chainsaws, brush-cutters, mowers and tractors
* General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
* Open/unrestricted Drivers Licence
* Willingness to undergo a police check and/or drug and alcohol screening
* Own reliable vehicle or ability to get to sites
* Mature attitude, responsible and able to work unsupervised
* Reliable, hardworking and committed to a strong safety culture
* Be physically fit and able to undertake labour intensive work in hot conditions
