Position: Wall and Floor tiler - Full Time
Remuneration: $77,000 to $80000 p/a plus 12% superannuation
Experience: Minimum 2 years
The Opportunity
"VITTORIO's TILING pty ltd '' are in need of a fully qualified tiler, who can assist in the finishes and delivery of these projects and help grow our capabilities for the future.
What We Are Looking For
Ideally, this person will have a strong understanding of the delivery of tiling and finishes in both commercial and residential projects. They will be able to work well with other trades, to hand over projects to spec and on time.
Tasks:
* preparation of wall and floor surfaces for laying of tiles
* removal of old grout and tiles
* being able to read and understand plans, in order to measure and mark surfaces for laying of tiles
* laying of tiles using adhesive on pre prepared surfaces
* grouting and removing of excess grout
* cutting of tiles by using tile cutting equipment
The right candidate will have the skills to deliver and meet the following:
* White Card
* Must be clean and efficient
* Good skills in screeding and calculating fall
To Be Successful You Will
* Hold a current Victorian Drivers Licence
* Your own tools and reliable trade vehicle
