Space Mission Trajectory Engineer
As a critical member of our space mission team, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and successful operation of advanced rockets, including our next-generation Starship vehicle.
* Analyze launch vehicle trajectories and performance in the presence of faults to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
* Develop and implement creative flight plan solutions that meet mission objectives while maintaining safe vehicle operation.
* Generate and submit high-quality flight safety deliverables to internal and external stakeholders.
* Produce and present detailed trajectory analysis products to support informed decision-making.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, reliability, hardware, and regulatory partners, to ensure seamless communication and execution.
Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in physics or an engineering discipline, with a strong foundation in mathematical modeling and simulation.
* Proficiency in software languages Python or C++, with experience in programming and coding.
