Product Manager Job Overview
The Product Manager will play a key role in developing and coordinating accreditation applications for new courses across both Higher Education and VET sectors. This role involves writing curriculum and course documentation, submitting proposals to internal governance bodies and external regulators such as TEQSA, ASQA, and industry associations.
This position supports the creation of competitive, high-quality educational products by benchmarking against similar offerings and contributes to the long-term product strategy for the institution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and implement project plans to develop accreditation applications for new educational products.
* Lead the planning and coordination of course accreditation projects, liaising with senior leadership to ensure alignment with institutional goals and timelines.
The successful candidate will have experience in course development and accreditation within Higher Education and/or VET. They will be confident writing curriculum, subject outlines, and regulatory documentation aligned with TEQSA/ASQA standards.
We are seeking a highly organized individual with excellent research, writing, and proofreading skills who can manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
This role requires strong collaboration skills to work effectively with staff and contractors to develop high-quality, industry-relevant educational resources.
Additionally, the successful candidate will possess excellent liaison, negotiation, and collaborative capability, with experience in higher education teaching, learning, and assessment.
