Job Description:
The Dispensary Team Leader plays a pivotal role in providing comprehensive, efficient and accountable pharmacy services to hospital inpatients and outpatients. The position works across the NWRH and MCH, with a mix of operational and non-operational responsibilities.
The NWRH and MCH provide a range of acute and sub-acute hospital services. As part of our collaborative pharmacy team, the Dispensary Team Leader will contribute directly to achieving this goal by working in coordination with clinical pharmacists and medical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Dispensing and patient counselling
* Clinical pharmacy and manufacturing
* Medicines information and resource allocation
* Managing competing priorities and allocating resources effectively
