The quick highlights Salary: Competitive from $90,000 - $118,000 Super Hours: Option for full time or part time across working days of Tuesday - Saturday. Work model: mix of clinic community (preschools homes), with daytime report writing and afternoons focused on therapy About the role You’ll work across a varied paediatric caseload with a mix of clinic sessions and community visits, including: Clinic-based and community-based therapy (homes preschools) Afterschool appointments and Saturday mornings Report writing built into daytime scheduling Assessments and interventions including: Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA) Wheelchair / equipment assessments Individual programs and after-school groups More depending on your interests Support is structured and consistent: Fortnightly supervision for all clinicians Monthly 1:1 with your line manager Monthly team case study review Weekly team meetings disusing learning sharing points A dedicated Head of Clinical Practice with 30 years’ experience: provides supervision supports group programs co-treats and can join sessions when cases are tricky Team culture: Collaborative, supportive, and practical team approach Growth shaped by clinician strengths — you’re not forced into a rigid box Busy service with purpose: the team is motivated by meeting real community need Requirements: Full Australian working rights Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy AHPRA registration Interested in this position?
