About the opportunity
The key focus of this role is to support the identification and engagement of quality talent to proactively fill both existing, newly created and future roles within NEX Building Group and our brands including McDonald Jones Homes and Mojo Homes, NEX corporate, My Choice Design Studio and more. More specifically, you will:
* Screen candidates for a range of roles within construction, design, technical, sales and corporate
* Identify talent attraction issues and bottlenecks that may be impacting on our ability to secure quality talent and recommend solutions
* Drive a positive candidate experience throughout the life cycle of the recruitment process
* Collaborate on, and carry out key recruitment projects as assigned
* Support talent pooling
* Maintain the HRIS Recruitment Module accurately
About you
You will demonstrate:
* Expertise in proactive/strategic sourcing and able to develop compelling sourcing strategies
* Confidence in your communication skills and the ability use market data and trends to help inform and influence stakeholders in the recruitment process
* Be resilient and adaptable in an ever-changing environment
* Driven by adding value and helping candidates find their dream role and managers find quality talent for their teams
