This part-time role involves operating a hospital switchboard, which requires excellent customer service skills to answer incoming and outgoing calls, provide assistance in a polite, clear, well-spoken, and calm manner at all times. You will also be responsible for contacting staff and emergency groups for code calls, performing routine clerical duties as required by the manager, and providing an effective, efficient, timely, and courteous service to patients, visitors, the public, and staff who interact with the switchboard.
