Who are we looking for?
* At least 1 year of kitchen experience (café, bistro, or similar)
* A genuine love for food, flavour, and fast-paced service
* Confident multitasker - you can handle the heat and stay cool in the kitchen
* Solid knife skills and high attention to detail
* A team player with initiative who's happy to take the lead or support where needed
