What You"ll Contribute to

Help Shape Toyota's Fleet Story - Become Our Brand Specialist in Fleet Communications

As a Brand Specialist, you'll support the development and delivery of fleet communication strategies that strengthen B2B relationships, enhance guest satisfaction and support Toyota's fleet sales, market share and profitability objectives. Working closely with national and regional fleet teams, dealers, agencies and partners, your work will help ensure Toyota's fleet offering is clearly communicated, compelling and consistent across all touchpoints.

How you'll make an impact

* Implement agreed fleet business communication processes and procedures aligned with Toyota policies to support fleet sales and guest attraction objectives.
* Assist in developing and improving fleet product communication processes for regions, dealers and guests to enhance fleet sales appeal and customer satisfaction.
* Support the production and implementation of fleet advertising campaigns, tactical activity plans and communication assets by assisting with agency briefs, production timelines, logistics planning and escalation of critical issues.
* Provide administrative, tactical and operational support to national and regional fleet teams, maintaining reporting systems and preparing accurate, timely reports to support planning, budgeting and forecasting activities.
* Support the coordination of joint B2B activities and events to strengthen guest relationships and deliver desired fleet outcomes.
* Assist in the development and continuous improvement of fleet systems and infrastructure through supplier management, performance monitoring and recommendation of countermeasures where required.
* Support the management of guests and agencies to ensure delivery of services at the expected quality and optimal cost, contributing to effective ongoing supplier and stakeholder relationships.
* Ensure all activities comply with relevant policies, regulations and statutory requirements to minimise business risk and protect Toyota's reputation.

Your attributes

If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!

* Degree qualification in business, commerce, marketing, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
* 2+ years' experience in marketing, advertising, or a related communications role.
* Experience supporting advertising campaigns, agency coordination, and marketing asset delivery.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
