The opportunity:
As a Relief Care Manager you will be an experienced Clinician with the capacity to flexibly work across a number of our Care Communities from Coffs Harbour to Brisbane. You will support the General Manager of the assigned Care Community, on a short or longer term basis, in leading their care team to deliver excellence in care to our residents.

* Work across a number our Care Communities across Northern NSW to Brisbane
* Support the General Manager & clinical teams at the assigned care community
* Short term & long term assignments
* Promote continuous clinical improvement
* Leading their care team to deliver excellence in care to our residents.
* Actively monitor the ongoing successful delivery of the Aged Care Standards
* Build meaningful relationships with our team, residents and their families
* Develop & mentor a team of clinicians and contribute to positive team culture

Our ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in Leadership or Management role in an aged care or other health sectors desired
* Fully flexible to travel to support organisational requirements
* RN AHPRA registration
* Knowledge of aged care industry, regulations and funding (AACQA; ACFI)
* The ability to promote continuous clinical improvement
