Bright Bugs Therapy is on the lookout for an enthusiastic, full-time Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our small, friendly, neuro‑affirming private practice in Toowoomba, QLD. About The Role
* Itinerant/Mobile role: support children and families across a variety of settings (clinic, home, school, community).
* Work with children aged 0‑17 years across a wide range of developmental and neurodevelopmental needs.
* Support three to four people each day.
* Plan and deliver fun, creative, high‑quality therapy plans during individual sessions, group sessions, and family consultations.
* Position commences in January 2026.
Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package
We believe in a compensation package that reflects your value and supports your professional and personal life.
* Competitive Salary : An above‑award starting wage of $85,000 – $120,000 per year.
* Professional Development (PD) Budget : Up to $2,000 per year for formal PD opportunities, and you can also complete PD during work hours with no set limit.
* Travel Reimbursements : Reimbursement of $0.88 per kilometre.
* Clinical Resources : Laptop, phone, iPad, therapy materials, and access to standardised assessments to enhance clinical practice.

What You Bring
* Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (minimum).
* AHPRA registration obtained before commencement.
* Current driver's licence and own vehicle for business purposes (reimbursed per km).
* Blue card for paid employment (or willingness to obtain).
* National Police Check.
* First Aid and CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain).Willingness to travel within Toowoomba and surrounding areas.
* Strong communication, time‑management, and collaboration skills.
* Experience or genuine interest in providing family‑centered care in community settings.
* Openness to learning and reflective practice.
