The Employer Engagement Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to build and maintain strong partnerships with employers, local businesses, and key stakeholders. This role will focus on creating and fostering mutually beneficial relationships that support the recruitment, training, and employment of candidates, as well as enhance the visibility of our organization within the employer community. The successful candidate will play a key role in connecting talent with opportunities while advancing the goals of our workforce development and employment programs.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Initiative Development:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive engagement strategy that aligns with the organization's overall objectives.
* Design and manage engagement initiatives to build and strengthen relationships with employers
* Identify key opportunities for collaboration, partnerships, and outreach to advance organizational goals.
Program Management
* Planning, implementation, and evaluation of engagement programs and projects.
* Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure the effective execution of engagement initiatives.
* Develop timelines, budgets, and performance metrics to track the success of engagement activities.
Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Building
* Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with employers.
* Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and proactively address their needs and feedback.
* Ensure that stakeholders remain informed and engaged through regular communication, updates, and meetings.
Outreach & Communication
* Lead outreach efforts to increase stakeholder participation in engagement initiatives, including workshops, events, and forums.
* Develop engaging content (emails, newsletters, social media posts) and presentations to communicate key program information to stakeholders.
* Represent the organization at external events, meetings, and conferences to foster new relationships and expand the organization's network.
Data Collection & Reporting
* Track engagement metrics and monitor the effectiveness of programs and initiatives.
* Compile regular reports on engagement activities, outcomes, and areas for improvement.
* Use data insights to refine engagement strategies and improve program effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with internal marketing, communications, operations, and HR teams to ensure engagement initiatives are aligned and integrated with overall organizational strategies.
* Collaborate with leadership to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively.
Event Planning & Management
* Plan and execute engagement-focused events such as workshops, roundtables, networking events, or conferences to strengthen relationships and increase participation.
* Manage logistics, including venue selection, participant outreach, agenda planning, and post-event evaluations.
Required Qualifications And Experience
* Candidate should have excellent communication skills (English and Hindi) and assertive
* Candidate must possess excellent analytical skill
* Candidate who is a self-starter and has an eye for details
