CARER ( PM & Night Shifts) - Residential Aged Care | Busselton Facility
Permanent part-time and full-time roles available | PM and Night Shifts.
Capecare is a leading not-for-profit provider of aged care and accommodation services throughout the Southwest region of Western Australia, dedicated to meeting the evolving needs of seniors.
About the role:
You will provide quality care and assist clients with daily living activities, delivering high‐quality support while working independently and as part of a team.
To support this growth, we will have Monday – Sunday afternoon and night shifts to suit any lifestyle.
Compensation: hourly rates from $34.81 to $35.59 plus penalties and salary packaging.
To be successful, you will need to:
* Certificate III in Aged Care (essential)
* Minimum of 1 year full‐time Aged Care experience in Australia (essential)
* Proven ability to deliver high‐quality care
* Availability for afternoon and evening shifts only (PM or NS)
* Ability to work in a team environment
