Job Overview

* The Accounts Support Specialist will provide essential support to the Branch Manager in managing accounts payable, billing, and payments.


Key Responsibilities:

* Accounts payable management, including reconciliations and liaising with suppliers
* Effective communication with clients regarding billing and payments
* Timely payment processing and bank reconciliations
* Maintaining up-to-date filing systems for electronic documents
* Supporting branch events and staff onboarding processes
* Coordinating stationery and uniform supplies


What You'll Bring:

* Relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software programs
* Action-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn new skills and take on responsibilities
* Attention to detail and organizational skills
