Job Overview
* The Accounts Support Specialist will provide essential support to the Branch Manager in managing accounts payable, billing, and payments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accounts payable management, including reconciliations and liaising with suppliers
* Effective communication with clients regarding billing and payments
* Timely payment processing and bank reconciliations
* Maintaining up-to-date filing systems for electronic documents
* Supporting branch events and staff onboarding processes
* Coordinating stationery and uniform supplies
