Job Title: Project Sales Director
About the Role:
This is a pivotal position where you will partner with developer clients to drive sales performance through strategic marketing initiatives, team coordination and ensure exceptional client service.
* Work alongside the Project Listing Director to project manage the sales & marketing of projects
* Oversee the day-to-day activities and performance of team members on your projects
* Set performance expectations and review metrics of your Sales Agents and Channel Managers
* Liaise with project stakeholders i.e. solicitors, architects, creative and PR agencies
* Assist clients to brief creative agencies, media & PR consultants as needed
* Support with the generation of ideas and strategies to drive interest to projects – market commentary, PR opportunities, industry events, brand collaborations etc
* Stock management, reporting, attending display suites and ongoing measurement of performance
Key Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Residential off-the-plan experience with either a Developer or Agency
* Strong coordination capability and ability to get on and get things done
* Real Estate qualification – Certificate or License (or able to gain / renew quickly)
* Be described as proactive, enthusiastic, resourceful and have a client-focused approach
* Confident in leading and running client meetings, having hard conversations and providing feedback with diplomacy
