Delivering Exceptional Patient Experiences
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional patient experiences from the time of arrival until departure. This role involves greeting patients, supporting doctors and nurses, answering calls, triage and booking appointments, billing, and administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will possess previous medical administration or reception experience, along with exceptional customer service skills and cultural sensitivity. They will also have knowledge of medical terminology, current vaccination and immunisation status, intermediate computer knowledge and skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritise work under pressure.
