We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Maintenance Operations Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all systems, processes, and safety protocols to ensure the building operates flawlessly from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and oversee preventative and reactive maintenance systems.
* Manage day-to-day maintenance operations across all facilities.
* Develop and maintain safety and maintenance protocols that align with local regulations and brand standards.
* Liaise with contractors, engineers, and suppliers to oversee works.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure maintenance needs are addressed promptly.
* Maintain up-to-date records for compliance, inspections, warranties, and permits.
About You:
* Proven experience in a leadership role within hospitality or commercial building management.
* Trade qualification or engineering background preferred.
* Strong knowledge of building systems, health and safety regulations, and compliance reporting.
* Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
* A leadership style that inspires trust, teamwork, and accountability.
* Able to work on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
