Lead Radiographer Position
Are you an experienced radiographer looking for a challenging and rewarding leadership opportunity? We are seeking a Lead Radiographer to join our team in Burnie, Tasmania.
In this key role, you will work closely with the Chief Radiographer/Area Chief and Regional Manager to coordinate day-to-day operations, staff supervision, and maintain clinical excellence. You will lead a team of technologists and provide guidance on clinical practices to ensure high-quality patient care.

* Managing and developing technologist staff
* Coordinating daily workforce requirements and productivity
* Ensuring outstanding service delivery and supervising the day-to-day management of the Medical Imaging department
* Providing quality improvement initiatives and reviewing work practices to improve clinical and financial outcomes
Key qualifications for this position include:
* Ability to manage, coach and lead clinic staff
* Demonstrated ability to perform high-quality medical imaging examinations employing correct techniques to the accepted industry standard or above
* Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with radiologists, patients, staff and other medical and non-medical personnel verbally and in writing
