Role: Processing team member, as a member of the team you will be involved in processing of chilled Barramundi.
**Tasks**:
- Scaling of fish
- Preparation of fish for GGS and filleted products
- Packing fish into boxes
- Icing and tapping boxes
- Palletizing and packing stock for distribution
- Maintaining a clean work environment
- Packaging and labelling of prepared product in Vac Packs and Boxes as per clients specifications
- Cleaning of processing room
Hours:
Typically Mon-Thurs. There is also the potential for work on other days including Sundays and Public holidays depending on volume.

Rates:
Chill pack: $30/hour
Fingerling pack between 7pm-7am $40/hour
General work around farm: $27.00/hour
Sunday: penalty rates
