Quality and Compliance Specialist
This is a pivotal role in ensuring that our organization meets the highest standards of quality and compliance. The Quality and Compliance Specialist will work closely with Managers and Advocates to implement consistent practices across the National Aged Care Advocacy Program (NACAP).
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality systems, data management, and audit processes. They will be responsible for developing and implementing quality frameworks, conducting internal audits, mentoring staff, and supporting accreditation processes.
* Relevant qualification or experience in quality assurance or a related field
* A minimum of two years' experience working in the not-for-profit sector, preferably in aged care services
