About the Role This market-leading global technology organisation is seeking an experienced UX Researcher to join a dynamic team focused on digital wellbeing and creativity tools for youth groups (ages 13-21). You'll play a key role in shaping products that empower the next generation of users. What You'll Do Lead and execute research across three major projects, including: Foundational research for new product development. Evaluating new UI designs and prototypes. Supporting ongoing product cycles. Design and conduct surveys, diary studies, and interviews. Develop research plans, analyse findings, and ensure insights inform product decisions. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Manage participant recruitment, including minors, ensuring compliance and ethical standards. Support key stakeholders across varying stages of projects What We're Looking For 4 years' experience in UX research, ideally in tech or product environments. Proven experience conducting research with minors and familiarity with child development or psychology. (Preferred). Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Strong skills in qualitative and quantitative research methods. Comfortable using Google Docs and Sheets; other tools can be learnt on the job. Working With Children Check (WWCC) required post-hire.
